Genealogy

Due.Com is a Colorado-based, privately held R&D company with roots extending back to the mid 1980’s. For more than 20 years, founder and CEO Charles F. Bacon and associates provided due diligence, risk analysis, fraud prevention, technology development, and corporate and financial engineering to hundreds of organizations through two companies – Fraud Busters, Inc. (founded in 1984) and Due Diligence, Inc. (founded in 1989). Clients included Pepsi-Cola, Taco Bell, British Aerospace, Coopers & Lybrand, and IBM.

A new paradigm of artificial intelligence, Emergent Intelligence™, evolved from insights garnered during this period. This new paradigm, coupled with formal R&D, testing and technology development begun during the 1990’s, led to the founding of Due.Com, Inc. in 2000.

Between 2000 and 2006, Due.Com refined its science and technology development and created a business model for licensing technologies based on Emergent Intelligence™ to multiple marketplaces. Based on this model, new technologies have been created and licensed to several companies.
